Songwriting

Ignite Music Therapy has created numerous original songs for a variety of clients in the past decade. These works range from simple music cues for educators to use to help support their students, to school songs for the whole community to sing at various functions!

The Process

Our songwriting process begins with a consultation to get a full understanding of what you need. An interview might take place at that point to gather some lyric inspiration, or to further understand the vision.

The first draft for lyrics will be created and sent to you to revise. This may occur a couple of times before two melodic options will be created and sent for input. Once the melody and lyrics are created, the song’s first full draft will be sent to be approved. After final approval, an official recording will be created and sent via email for you to use as needed.
